This UK based company is doing it’s pimping by refurbishing old bikes with precision craftsmanship and high-end parts. Specialbike will make something totally special out of old bikes, by stripping down the reusable components, sandblasting to remove old paint and rust, powder-coating the frame in a selection of eye-popping colours, and then rebuilding the bike to meet custom specifications.
2. Bellum Concepts - Pimp your watch
Bellum Concepts is a company in the USA. It turns high-end watches like vintage Rolexes, Kelberts and Rados into one-of-a-kind timepieces. Watch faces, backs and bands are replaced or modified and etched with intricate designs and done totally by hand. Don’t be surpriced when you see the nametag: it’ll knock you done between USD 800-10,000.
3. Adafruit - Pimp your electronic devices
Adafruit offers custom laser etching of laptops, iPods, phones, cameras and more. The laser etching machine used by Adafruit is an Epilog, priced at around USD 20,000 and capable of doing highly detailed etching (1200 dpi).
